Our trip to Guatemala is a true backpacking adventure that includes hiking to limestone pools, river tubing, kayaking, exploring a cave by candlelight, watching the sunrise over Mayan ruins, and hiking the famous Volcano Acatenango while watching Volcano Fuego erupt in front of us. This country is a blend of Mayan history and European influence, and is colorful both in the city and in the jungle. Expect to be wowed.
